A Closer Look at an Editorial Wedding Styled Shoot
Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending an incredible editorial wedding styled shoot, set up by Lia Rose Photography & the New England Styled Shoots. From stunning décor to beautiful bridal gowns, this shoot was full of inspiration for any couple planning their dream wedding. In this blog post, I will be taking a closer look at this editorial wedding styled shoot and all it had to offer.
What is a styled shoot?
A styled shoot is a creative collaboration between vendors and photographers to create a staged wedding photoshoot. It’s an opportunity for creatives to work together to produce stunning images to showcase their talents and ideas. A wedding styled shoot typically includes hair and makeup, florals, event planning and design, stationery, a venue, a cake, furniture rental and more. Ultimately, the goal of a styled shoot is for all wedding vendors to showcase their talents and create beautiful images that can be used for marketing and social media.
One of the things I was really excited about attending this shoot was because editorial and high fashion aren’t really my style so I was a little nervous but super excited to try a different creative style. I’m still blown away by this shoot and how gorgeous everything was.
