We got the first snow fall of the season last weekend, so naturally I just had to go play in it. Fresh snow is so calming. I love a winter wonderland and Fellsmere Park looks quiet breathtaking in fresh snow fall.
Sylvia and Patrick were awesome sports who were down for adventuring out in the cold. We met at a little park between both of us. There is a large hill there so the place was swarming with children sledding down the hill. Despite the popularity of the park, we were able to find plenty of quiet spots in the fresh snowfall.
It was actively snowing, which can sometimes be hard to focus if water gets on your camera or lens. But thanks to some weather camera gear, I kept my gear protected from the elements. It is hard fumbling around changing camera settings while it is in a bag and you have gloves on, but I am always up for a challenge!
“Tessa is the best! We met up with her for a snowy outdoor shoot, and she was creative and intrepid. It was cold and actively snowing, but Tessa came equipped with creative ideas and all the outdoor/snowy photography gear she needed. She quickly set us at ease, and got us laughing and playing in the snow. Even after the shoot, her thoughtful touches and professional communication set her apart from other photographers, and she promptly delivered an incredible gallery with some of my favorite images of us so far! I’d definitely recommend Tessa for any couples photography, especially if you’re looking for an adventure/outdoor experience. Thank you, Tessa!”
This was the best way to start off a new photography season. Heres to many more sessions of 2022. If anyone is looking for some snow portraits, let me know and we can find sometime next time it snows to go out and play! You can reach out to me here.
