Winter Wonderland Wedding at Tewksbury CC

Andrew & Julie’s wedding at Tewksbury Country Club in December was an absolute magical winter wonderland.

When planning their day, they wanted to make sure they could include Bernie, Julie’s family dog. He was the star of the show.

From the couple: “Julie and Andrew met in 2017 when they both were working part-time at Homegoods. One afternoon while unpacking new inventory in the back room, Andrew stopped Julie from throwing an empty box in the trash compactor, stating that “you had to be 18 years old to use the trash compactor”. (Julie was 23 at the time.) As she informed Andrew of his mistake, her initial feelings of annoyance quickly turned to amusement as Andrew’s face grew a flaming shade of red. Amusement became friendship and friendship became love, and the rest, as they say, …is history!

On the evening of August 16th 2021, after completing her last day of clinical rotations, Julie came home to a romantic dinner for two prepared by Andrew himself. Assuming they were just celebrating the end of her clinical, Julie proceeded to inhale her food, while Andrew sat across from her radiating nervous energy. It took a minute for Julie to realize what was happening when Andrew dropped down to one knee. But of course the answer was ‘yes’ (followed by joyous dancing around the kitchen.)

They are both so excited to start the next phase of their lives together and can’t wait to celebrate with you in December. After all, “Tis the season to be married!”
