Despite the rain, their wedding day unfolded like a dream and I am still thinking about this wedding and the energy that they brought to the dance floor. The day started getting ready at their family home in Chatham Beach. Both Ellie and Vince got ready in the same house, in separate rooms so as not to see each other before they walked down the alter. By the time their ceremony started, it had just started to rain, so all post wedding portraits were taken at the church. After the ceremony they celebrated with a shot at a local bar and then made their way to their wedding reception at Chatham Beach and Tennis Club.

The festivities continued throughout the night, undeterred by the rain. To conclude the evening on a high note, a lively trumpet procession accompanied Ellie and Vince, serenading them with the spirited melody of “When the Saints Come Marching In.”
